This publication presents three case studies about digital technologies for development, involving multi stakeholder processes. All case studies have been analysed with the same methodology to reveal information about

- the activity of the multi stakeholder partnership
- the partners (motivations, obstacles, contributions, decision making mechanisms, conflict management,...)
- role of digital technologies
- outcomes and lessons learned

The following case studies were analysed:

- Technical training for teenage mothers and pregnant teenagers at social risk in Costa Rica (Acceso Foundation)
- Windows tool for the management of community telecenters (CasQuiNet Foundation)
- Costa Rica National Program of Educational Informatics (Foundation Omar Dengo)
