Oxfam Canada Engendering Change (EC) Evaluation

Authors: PEER Associates
Publication date: 2013

In this evaluation case study of the Engendering Change program in Zimbabwe, the evaluation employed a case study approach, using the Most Significant Change (MSC) methodology to collect stories from the staff and their constituents. This report presents the evaluation methods and outcomes.

The Engendering Change program was built around a theory of change that suggests partners become more effective change agents for women’s rights when their organizational structures, policies, procedures, and programming are also more democratic and gender just.
